ATT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TRULY BAD!!

I have two phones with ATT coverage. I have had nothing but problems with getting and making calls, receiving text messages one day later and continued dropped calls. After navigating many times thru the ATT phone tree to speak to someone, I have nothing kind to say about the customer service or the quality of service they provide. I have a small business and if I treated my customers the way that ATT has treated me I would be out of business. I wish the PUC would investigate the continued complaints that consumers have with respect to ATT. ATT customer service? What customer service and product service. Maybe they need to look at the people who make ATT and treat them with a bit more respect and understanding knowing the product they provide is NOT what they represent!
