I don't think they were fair lowest settlement ever and they received more money then me I've used other attorneys before,they got us more money would not recommend them if you want money tried to offer me a thousand dollar really I'm going to look into this unfair.

We called PKSD, www.PKSD.com, to talk to a specific lawyer there about a possible case. We ended up talking to Terese H instead.
Before she even got all the facts of our story, she was already siding with the place we had the problem with and saying all kinds of *** things to us, giving them the benefit of the doubt, and saying we’d never find out what really happened and the place doing an investigation, who was eager to help us, would not find anything different, and will check into anything. Her assessment was completely wrong. We did find out what really happened and they did find something different. When we tried leaving a message for the lawyer there that we originally wanted to talk to, with the new info, she intercepted the call and wouldn’t let us talk to him.
She refused to take our case, which we didn’t really understand why since we had a pretty good one. So we went to a different law firm who helped us and got us a wrongful death settlement.
