- Mom's paperwork is complete, but move-in is delayed.
- Other tenant hasn't completed paperwork and can't be reached; lawyer says may be a lawsuit.
My mom has had all their paperwork filled out since the middle of April. They wont process her paperwork until another tenant moves in before her even though there are 2 apartments open for both people.
The other person hasnt filled out there paperwork. And the manager cant get back ahold of the other person. The manager on the phone said my mom couldnt move in until the other person moved in first.
I personally own apartments in Oregon and you cant stop a person from moving in just because the other person hasnt filled out there paperwork.
It makes absolutely no sense. We have actually called a lawyer and they say we have a case for a lawsuit.

- Reevaluate management and retrain for elderly care.

I called u guys 1000 x lasst May thru august And not 1 time did I get a reply . First I would reevaluate your management evauated and retrain on working with elderly. Theres no way they were reached to run things perfect by putting fear so much they just take what they thought they did wrong
Rude manager
- I reported theft and drug activity by residents at 7777 Holmes.
- The client lived there 20 years and was moved for drug activity.
I went to speak with the manager Mrs Deborah at the office at 7777 Holmes Kansas City Missouri.
I had a client there and the ladies living there were stealing his money monthly.
He lived there for 20yr I stopped them from coming to his apartment. Stealing and borrowing.
I finally had him moved because of all the drug use.
The ladies needless to say are pissed . I was cleaning his apartment an the lady nect door in apartment 343 Venessa kept trying to get in. I told her Mr Larry isnt here go away. She apparently told the manager something about me.
But she doesnt know me at all. I went to talk to the manager. She said she would prefer me not to come to her building I know what you are I said what am I.
She said you know and slammed the door in my face.
Wow defamation of character.
How dare you judge me and have spoken to me. She doesnt know my name.

Falsely being accused of noise and traffic and i was giving basically a 10day notice to vacate the premises the staff is horrible and rude lazy individuals that want to see people with kids down and homeless
Did you move out for PK management at Whitney Manor Apartmen
- PK Management in Colorado Springs hasn't paid for services since Aug.
- They mailed a check Oct 10 to the correct address, but it never arrived.
Didn't move out for PK Management in Colorado Springs August 26th it has been 2 months now I have not been paid for my services I am furious and I keep getting the runaround they said they mailed a check October 10th which they had the correct address it is never showed up I'm about to take legal action
