Coffee made it wrong. They refuse to remake.

I honestly feel when you bring a situation to a company. It should have been handled professionally, especially if the error was on their end I called to let them know that my order was incompleted.
I ordered vanilla velvet ice, which was supposed to have been made creamy with a thick texture to it. I ended up getting my order with chunks of ice in it which Ive never received it that way ever before since Ive been going to PJs coffee shop I am fairly a new customer.
All I wanted was the order to be made correctly when I was refused I would suggest to anyone not to order there because theres no care in the work that they do. Youre just stuck with the issue their coffee is very expensive, which I dont mind paying, but if the order is made incorrectly, I feel that it should be made properly according the recipe cause the ingredients so now I wont be returning back there ever again and I will continue going to Starbucks cause at least Starbucks care about their customers and never have a problem with resolving the situation
