I've had a 2007 equinox for 2 months and it is currently undrivable. Brought it to my mechanic twice in these 2 months and it has more problems than I can count.
It leaked every bit of oil in that 2 months.
Changed the thermostat and the fan connectors and it is still overheating before I get down the street. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

WORST DEALER EVER, REGRET GETTING MY VECHILE WITH THEM . Less than 3 month my car got damage for something they have covered on top of that is costing my 3grand to fix a $20,000.00 value car, THERE IS NO WARRANTY NO EXCHANGES NO SORT OF OPTION BUT FINAL SALE!!! THEY PURCHASE CAR DAMAGE MISTREATED IN AUCTION TO LATER FIX WHAT IS VISIBLE TO HIDE THE REAL DAMAGE.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, CHARGE HIGHLY FOR TRANSFER "SO THEY SAY IS NEEDED TO BE DONE BY THEM" YET CAN NOT EVEN DO IT RIGHT.
This business is PERIOD is the worst, should have gone with my gut feeling, the appearance alone of the dealer is horrible I should have expected the same from the cars they are selling,

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM, OTHER THAT THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT HOURS JUST FOR A APPLICATION, YES EVEN FOR THAT. is understandable it takes time for a response but the time they take is exaggerated. AGAIN YOUR CAR DOES NOT COMES WITH ANY SORT OF WARRANTY. that's a detail they wont mention till after you had already purchase there car with FINAL SALE. let alone stupid for not asking...LETS NOT EVEN MENTION HOW PAYMENT ARE NEEDED TO MADE FOR YOUR CAR.. even for that there's a fee... VALUE YOUR MONEY THIS ISNT THE SPOT!! THERE IS CONSEQUENCES HERE!! WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! PLACE IS A WRECK..
TRIED THE CALL THE DEALER SEE HOW THEY CAN HELP.. SORRY CARS ONLY HAVE 1 OR 2 WEEKS WARRANTY, TAKE THE VECHICLE TO THERE MECHANIC THEY WERE TO TRY TO WORK OUT THE REPAIR COST... Went to PJ's with a checkbook to buy 2005 Crossfire for sale
February 20th of this year the day before my wife's operation on her foot it took me 2 hours to get there I looked at the cars he didn't clean them up I gave him three day notice I was coming the tires on it I said our oversized they're sticking out far on the left towards the outside of the vehicle he said that's so you won't damage your rim on the vehicle will just hit the tire when you pull up to a curb I said it's a little late now isn't it I think you put the wrong size on silence came across his lips. To make a long story short I took the yellow one for a ride and when I came back with them he said I'll back it up smoke came billowing out the exhaust black smoke I decided then I don't want that one.
I asked him if he would take my 2011 Dodge Ram in trade it's in mint condition with 75000 miles he said sure let me look at it he said he would give me $11,000 okay I'll think about that but I have to go right now because we're waiting for the hospital to call Terry for tomorrow's operation this is no big deal.
10 minutes down the road I realize I left my sunglasses clip on sunglasses a hundred dollars just for the clip-ons in the vehicle that I was driving the yellow Crossfire he went out and found them I said I really appreciate that he's I'll mail them to you right away his name was Steve he appeared to be important there more important than Doug was very nice and showed us around. I waited a week and a half I didn't get them I called Doug Doug says I'll talk to Steve I called back and I'll have them mail them I called back again he said that's unusual I said you have my address on my driver's license that you took a copy of you have my address on my registration he says it's just easier give it to me again I said I will compensate you and pay for the mailing whatever it cost thank you so much I waited another week and a half still nothing then I read his reviews I think I'm pretty lucky they only stole my sunglasses and I didn't buy a vehicle there do not trust these people if they can't even mail back sunglasses a very careful and read their reviews pretty sickening what they do to people I would drive up there and pick them up if I thought he still had them except I had a back operation and can't drive and she still can't drive with her foot like that he takes advantage of the disabled and anyone he can find do not trust them
Money waisted due to bad managment
First time buyer used as an example poorest customer service EVER! So I bought my vehicle in November and paid tax tag n title and registration.
Not prompted that due to the next month being my birthday my registration was goin to expire. The DMV told me they should of pushed it out till 2019 with my birthday bein so close after only making one payment on my truck. They did not offer me registration till 2019 although I Paid the fee. Not only did I put a lot down on the vehicle now I am paying more out my pocket.
I referred a friend and they got the service I didn't due to them hiring poor management skills.
Now I'm out money and when I went to talk to the manager (Terry) he basically said he glad he now knows for the future. I will never refer to them again and pleases know what you are doin because they apparently don't
Worst place to get a car
pj 's auto world sold a young girl a *** of a car over charge her, she is having so many problems with this car, it keep breaking down on her and they would not help her but soon as the payment is due they call for there money when she can't even get to go to work because of the junk of a car.. Everything is going wrong with that car. she call to bring the car in so they can take a look at it and they keep telling her there have anytime to look at it and if they do they going add on money on her loan for any service..
Flood Car sold at Auction
Bought car ar Mecum auction and drove it home. Check engine light, Brake assist light and suspension warning light lit up.
Brought car to mechanic, internal plugs on frame all pulled to drain car, brakes gone, suspension down, green mold behind back seat mold in trunk, entire electrical system fried, evidence of water damage under rugs and on seat belts. Only new part on car was fuel pump installed so car would run. Car a total loss. PJ' S Auto put car up for auction, And basically told me tough luck, buyer beware and similar things have happened to them.
They would try to make it up to me if I cane down to look at their cars. Also, everything wrong could be fixed, true at tremendous cost, more than new car would cost. These people have no heart and could care less for their Customers.
Have filed complaint with Florida attorney general, and other agencies to review what happened and have talked to attorney. Do not deal with these people, if they would do this to me, what else are they capable of doing to make a sale

Big run around on a classic car. Never called me back after several calls. I was ready to buy.
Tried to buy an old collector car. Spoke with two sales people over a 5 day period.
Both had different stories regarding the car's past. Neither called me back. The last sales person i spoke with, Doug was more interested in his upcoming fishing trip. I was ready to book a flight ($470) to buy the car in four days.
Told me I would have to speak with another sales person when I arrived because he would be on his fishing trip. Did not provide anyone's name for me to see or offer to pick me up at the airport. The car was more than $40K He never bothered to call me back regarding my questions about the car.
They are a total waste of time and oxygen. Let the buyer beware!
Retired single woman screwed but no kisses!
Regretfully, on August 2013, I bought a car from Mike Calderone at P.J.'s Auto World at 1594 S. Ft Harrison in Clearwater, FL. This 2003 PT Cruiser looked good and Mike assured me it was a good car he wouldn't want to see me miss out on this deal. He lied. What a crook! Engine light came on as I drove it off the lot. So I took it back. They kept me waiting while they 'fixed' it, but now I've learned that the part they allegedly replaced was not replaced.
Since my engine light remains on & the car was not running properly I have learned the car is not safe to drive, let alone road worthy. The car needs front bearings & seals, then alignment. There is a cracked radiator and it needs hoses. All tires need to be replaced & of course Mike assured me the tires were good. They looked good to me. I trusted him. The car also needs an engine mount.
I am not in a position to pay for $2000 worth of repairs on a $4000 car. I have lost my DP of $500 & the sales tax & owe $6500 to the finance company. Great deal !!! They saw me coming and I thought I could trust them. Sad to know there are such crooks in this business. I am not a *** woman. I misplaced my trust and didn't do my homework. Thought there were laws out there to protect innocent people like me from having this happen.
MIKE CALDERONE & TERRY: Karma's a ***. I will make it a point to tell the large network of friends & acquaintances I have to be sure they know that P.J.'s cannot be trusted.

I have had nothing but a Good experience with Terry & Mike,shortly after they financed my vehicle I was injured and was out of work for over 3 months,I told Terry that I may not be able to make payments until I was able to go back to work,Terry assured me if I couldn't that they would work with me to keep my vehicle,vs taking it away,that was a giant burden off my shoulders,fortunately I was able to keep up with my payments,but nice to know that they weren't going to kick me while I was down,Thank you Terry,Thank you Mike and Thank you PJ's.....My vehicle will be paid for in less than 6 months now and I look forward to buying another vehicle,(toy this time),from them...
P.J.'s Auto World- You Have Been Warned!!!

I am just another person ripped off by P.J.'s. I purchased
a vehicle from them in May, 2013. I was told by my salesperson ( Mike Calderone ) that upon taking possession of the vehicle that everything on the vehicle would be working in 100% condition. I had requested several things be done upon delivery of the vehicle. When I arrived to get vehicle, majority of items were not done and they made it pretty clear they could care less. On the way home the vehicle would stall out every time I stopped. This was only the beginning of my problems. After about a week, the vehicle started making a ticking noise. I took the vehicle to Gordon Chevrolet and was told the engine had SLUDGE. When I contacted the GM at P.J.'S he acted as if I was lying. He said the vehicle was in perfect condition and simply offered no solutions.
When you make a purchase at P.J.'s all they care about is getting your money. They will tell you they need time to get vehicle ready for you which will take several days but all they are doing is waiting for the check to clear. If they tell you they will fix something make sure they do it before you give them your check.I was very shocked that they do not care about there image or that people make complaints. This was very apparent when I spoke with the GM.

RIP OFF
I bought 1969 plymouth roadrunner pjs sent me a video of the car inside and out. and with someone driving it.I took the video to work to show my coworkers 2 of them own some real classy cars .My coworkers said if were them they would fly down and see it in person.
I call and talk to the sales man John Hunter I ask how the ran he said it NEEDS NOTHING I all so ask is there any rust he replied all cars have rust on them . so i kept watching the video I just had to HAVE IT.Also in the video they showed a car that John Travolta traded in . so me and my wife came to the concluded why would pjs rip us off. WELL let me tell you my dream car turn out to be a nightmare i paid on that bondo lopsided rusted floor pans ,trunk /motor low oil psi piece of *** for four years 18,000.
since I've spent another 7,500.00 A video can fool you and never buy a car without personally test driving it.
I will never buy from PJS Auto world again .

I was ripped of by PJ's of $ 30.000 never will I by from them again and golden classics are just as bad I was told the car was numbers matching the car was a 1969 chevelle ss when the car was shipped to Canada I checked to see if it was numbers matching it was not I called PJ's spoke with bill the owner he told me the owner of the car told him it was numbers matching told bill do you not check these things he did not ancer I will never buy a car from them again
Don't bother dealing with PJ's Auto World
Here's yet another complaint about this company. I was dealing with the store on Fort Harrison. They would prefer to jack you around then be honest. I also beleive that because I was a women they thought they could intimidate me by insisting I had to come in to the store to negotiate, instead of on the phone. I already knew I wanted the car and told them where they needed to be price wise.
After finally getting somewhat of a straight answer from the manager, he HUNG UP ON ME!!
This company is ran on intimidation and only want to deal with customers that can finance through them. Seems like they won't accept just a good cash deal.
Don't waste your time with them.

looking to store your car in a garage and collect dust and never looked at again!!! You got it now your (classic) will be treated like your on the back burner forgotten.if i where you i would go look at the show room first they are over stocked for a reason!!!lets see went to look at my car and it was sitting on flat tires neglected!!!
Could not answer to why and car was not sold after being there for a long time dust all over it and finger prints all over!!! look for someone else to take car of your car!!!!
