Three brand new PJ Trailers all with terrible results.
I purchased three different PJ trailers new over the last 4 years and I have to say the quality of the build is extremely low, and good luck getting even simple questions answered. I'm shocked in this day and age there are still popular companies this bad at business. Never again, they are an awful manufacturer.

I dont have all day to wait for questions that should be answered in a few minutes. I need the Vin plate because mines damaged and I need to know the specifications on the air tank on your trailer and no dealer can give me this information because I have no idea why

I was told that my warranty would not cover bad wiring thats came with my trailer. I am totally unhappy with the answer I received, they never asked me for my vin number just straight out said no we will cover your trailer

Horrible Customer Service
Worst customer service in the industry. No one EVER answers the phone.
They don't carry parts to support their own trailers. The webpage to return products doesn't work. My local trailer dealer (where I purchased the trailer years back) just laughed out load when I told him no one would answer the phone.
He said that's why he stopped carrying PJ Trailers. I'll never buy another PJ.

40 gooseneck
Mentioned on a lot of sites allready,tired of typing this but go to yelp on nationwide trailers and complaints and read all , I bought a 40 foot gooseneck powder coated in 2015 and complained in 2017 about sheets of paint coming of no help from nationwide trailers in Houston tx or pj trailers the makers , these guys just want to make sales of trash ,I’m out of 16000 dollars on a rusted trailer ,gonna stick with primer and paint for now own ,it would just be nice if they would talk to me on the phone are in person , but no help,dead end road ,me and the trailer
