Terrible chicken meal
Chicken at Floyd Blvd. Sioux City was cooked overdone, and dry and hard to chew.
Both of us was very dissatisfied with this business. Pizza was okay but we wont come back to that store. Chicken very brown, dry, chewy Way overcooked.
Restaurant needs to know. Could be using smaller pieces instead at the old regular schedule time cooking.

I ordered a large pizza and a drink, paid for it, yet the app says it didn't place the order; however, it still took money from my Cash App account. I don't know what I should do because now I'm out almost 30 dollars (27.69 to be exact) and I don't have a pizza and/or a drink. Jesus.

Bad menu info
Bought an 8 ok of wings for $12.00. Received 8 1/2 wings.
That actually comes to $3.00 per wing. They were very dry and very small. If you advertise 8 wings, it should be full wings. Not 8 pcs.
This was at Storm Lake IaI bought at Ankeny Ia 3 weeks prior, very good and whole wings. Very disappointed in Pizza Ranch in Storm Lake.

my info won't process when i press submit. it says i'm already registered with my e-mail address from my card that i lost.
i am trying to start up a new card. it says that my cell number is required even when i just list my home number.
then it says to contact customer service. i am at a loss, please help.
Preferred solution: i would like to get this resolved, so i can start using my new card

The day I went, they overcharge me and not give me my change. Manager and employees were very rude.
I will not be going back. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied

Poor service waited 20 minutes no chicken
Sat in the restaurant waiting 20 minutes for chicken, we paid 32 dollars and never got a piece of chicken the reason I stopped in the first place couldnt wait any longer so had to leave very disappointed
