Online application not working correctly

my info won't process when i press submit. it says i'm already registered with my e-mail address from my card that i lost. i am trying to start up a new card. it says that my cell number is required even when i just list my home number. then it says to contact customer service. i am at a loss, please help.

Poor service waited 20 minutes no chicken

Sat in the restaurant waiting 20 minutes for chicken, we paid 32 dollars and never got a piece of chicken the reason I stopped in the first place couldnt wait any longer so had to leave very disappointed

Dissatisfied

The day I went, they overcharge me and not give me my change. Manager and employees were very rude. I will not be going back. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied
