As a long time resident of Dandridge, TN Pizza Plus is our familys go to pizza establishment. But, as of late, the service quality is worse than unacceptable.
Today, March 13, 2026 I attempted to make numerous calls over the course of an hour trying to place an order. All to realize it seemed as the phone was taken off the hook. I then had to place my order via internet, which is understandable in itself, but after a 55 min wait. I still couldnt rely on the phone service to check on the status of my delivery.
Which has still yet to arrive.
My order was relatively small, inexpensive, and a generous tip left on top of the delivery fee. Over an hour of wait is ludicrous for a medium cheese pizza and a small pepperoni.

Poor service

He took it back while I called. The girl oh there were 2 Johnsons and theyre here now to get it. My husband took it in and your staff took it while Im assuming to give to the correct customer. You can bet had I been there I would have gone to each car to tell them that pizza had been to my house and had been opened in my house.
That is completely unacceptable!!
We werent even offered a discount or anything for our inconvenience! I can say I wont be visiting your establishment if this is your practice and Im going to report this to health services.

I have been coming there to eat for over 2 years now. I have never been treated the way I was today.
I have always taken any left over ranch or crackers with me when I leave. Today there was a woman worker who was very rude was taking plates and removing stuff from the table didn't even ask if I was done, had got an attitude when picking up the crackers that I was planning on taking with me then had went over to my friends table about to do the same thing, when my friend said I was going to take that with me then the worker had said that she would have to charge me for the ranch and the crackers, the whole time I have been coming there I have never had any issues with anyone.
She was also slamming plates and being really loud and very disrespectful. This hasn't been the first time this has happened more then once before I just took it as she was having a bad day and I noticed on the reviews that I am not the only person who has had issues with this person

The food is always great I have been coming to eat there for over 2 years now and I have never been treated like I was yesterday over some left over ranch and some crackers, I have worked in fast food places and I don't believe in putting items back if I have already opened them or if I didn't. And for the women to act all rude and start taking stuff off the table w/o asking if I was done and then goes to another table and tries to do the same thing and says that if we were taking the left over ranch and crackers that she would have to charge me for them even after they had already been used and was trying to put them back for someone else to use after i had already used it. That is just sanitary.
Your post yesterday about the same thing starts off how you always take the extra crackers and ranch dressing home. Those ceramic bowls they use for individual creamers, individual wrapped crackers, condiments or dressings are brought to the table to use during your meal.
Not to take home. Why did you edit your post from yesterday and leave out that you always take extra home?
Terrible experience

I ordered a salad at your Rogersville location and paid about $9.00. Almost nothing on the salad was correct...
no onions, no bacon bits, no eggs, no ham... which were all ordered. Tomatoes, green peppers, and broccoli were on it, and I eat none of those. No receipt was given.
I will not be returning. I even tried to send a complaint online to get a refund since no receipt was given, but the website will.only let you enter and not submit the feedback.

I tried to order and have delivered food from your Lee Hwy location. The address is 2221 Eulcid Ave Bristol VA.
They told me that they could not deliver to this location that I had to call the one on West State St. I do not like that location I have to send my food back or call because it isnt made right. I eat at your locations alot its my favorite pizza place. Needless to say you just lost a customer due to this.
I understand thats there are policies in place but that store is located in TN and I am in VA so I fill like that VA location should deliver to a virginia address. I even explained to the gentleman that I dislike the West state street location and it said im sorry there isnt anything I can do. The lee hwy location has delivered here to me prior to this as well.
I dont want anything free or anything like that I just feel like if there are 2 stores located so close to each other a CUSTOMER should have the right to choose which location they would like to have food delivered from, but I will no longer be a customer at any of your locations. This needs to be addressed!!
Preferred solution: Just get this right for the next customer.

Jonesboro pizza plus
- - Arrived at Jonesboro at 3:40 Sunday; 2 large salads to go.
- - Bar was closed.
- - They have traveled to Greeneville to eat on Sundays; staff were rude.
I had arrived at the Jonesboro location at 3:40 Sunday march 20 to purchase 2 large salads to go. I could see items on the bar and was informed that the bar was closed.
I have tried for several weeks to eat at this location and am told they close at 4:00 on Sunday, this is the closest location for us and have traveled to Greeneville to eat as they are open Sunday pm.
This is a bad way to do business as families like to eat out on Sunday night. Please tell me why this location is not open and has rude employees

I sat in this restaurant so many times and watched. Thier employees dont now nor have ever worn mask as well as hair restraints no uniforms not even a t- shirt and they're wearing shorts FILTHY clothing I mean all of them.
I watched one young man scratch himself down there then scratch the top of his head and went right back to preparing food. I saw a woman at the table down from me pulling a long gray hair from her mouth and complain and he accused her of planting it and the man making the food had long grayhair I really don't know how this place is still open its obvious the health dept hasn't been there in a long whileit is so FILTHY !!!!!!!
