- Photos claim an employee did not wash hands after handling cash.

Took to long to respond to my complaint. Had to send it twice but to be expected at the change of the year
I cannot believe that this has NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. How many people will suffer from his lack of care for his customers.
I will post on social media if I do not here back within 24 hours. It is Jan 6th 2026 at 1pm and the receipt was dated Dec 30th 2025 and I cannot upload the receipt or pictures here as it does not allow it

Dry as a bone ..

- Best pizza among fast-foods.
- Service over 10-15 years has been perfect.
- Domino's isn't close to Pizza Nova; no issues.
Have been a customer for more than 10 years.They make the best pizza for any fast food franchise.You have to go to a gourmet wood fired pizza resturant to get one better.
My past experience over 10,12 or 15 years with their customer service has been perfect.
Dominos is all the "RAGE" but they don't come close to Pizza Nova.
Sorry, but, I've never had a neg issue with anything at P.NOVA
