The worst pizza I have ever had! Rude manager named Clay was also the worst!
On 8-15-2025 I talked to the manager about ordering a pizza, his name was Clay. The on-line prices were different from the restaurant!
We decided since this was my first time I should go with the classic 19.99 + a 5.00 tip. All together 24.99. I got the pizza and it had no sauce or mozzarella cheese at all, only greens peppers, onions, black olives, a few slices of pepperoni and sausage! I called today to ell him about the issue as a courtesy!
I did not ask for any money back or nothing! He over talked me, said "why did you not call me while you were eating the pizza! Are you kidding me, I said! I asked him " does your establishment not put sauce or mozzarella on a pizza?
I re-iterated to him that this is what makes a pizza!! He was very rude again overtaking me! I bid him a good day and hung up!
What a *** poor business practice! I see why people hate Luce Pizza!

Cold food
I put in a online order for a medium half and half pizza bbq pineapple chicken and pepperoni. The pineapple was cold and hard as if it hadnt been cooked, it was burnt granted i asked for well done but not burnt 2 different things, the pizza was cold.
I ordered it at 7:36pm arrived at the time i was told on the order which was 8:10 i also was tracking and at 8:09 it said it was ready i picked it up at 8:11 i live a minute away literally across the street so in that short amount of time it couldnt of gotten that cold. I mean literally no heat to the box or food.i order here all time the same thing over and over so this was an absolute shock & let down.

Preferred solution: A refund or just another pizza simply made right.

If ever there was a time to return what obviously would be 100% of an order this is it. I don’t know what satisfaction you were looking for with a phone call, but an in-person return with evidence would have ended his attitude. Especially if you stated you took pics and were posting an online review.
