Bad service

On Tuesday 3rd May 2022. I phoned the call centre to order 7 pizzas in Alexandria Alfred Layan Street. The call centre. The order number was 0867. The person who was answering the call at 12: 00am and5:30pm was very negative and not helpful. Please respond quickly because I will share this review on social media.

Filing a Complaint! Very Very Bad Service!!!

I called through your hotline number around 4:53pm today, March 13, 2022, and ordered 2 large pizzas. After 1.5hours I called up the hotline number to follow up my order, as 1.5 hours is a very long wait already. I understand that your commitment to deliver within 30mins due to volume of orders is suspended. But 1.5hours of wait is very unreasonable. When I called to follow up after 1.5hrs, the representative checked from Marcos Highway branch the status of my order, she informed me that the branch is still waiting for the rider to arrived to deliver my order!!! Your service to your customer is very poor!!!!! Waiting for the rider is the reason of the delay??? That means my pizzas are already cold and not fresh because of this waiting. That means my orders might arrive even after 2 or more hours if the rider is not yet arriving the store??? Your customer suffers with the inefficiency of your service!!! With Shakeys, when we order, if the rider is not available, they do something. Their staff will ride a taxi just so their customer will not suffer and wait. Pizza Hut service is so terrible and irresponsible!!! I expect an immediate acknoweldgement on this issue and a formal apology from your Marcos Highway branch manager!! I escalated and the brach did not even call me or take action!!! I will escalate to the higher executives of Pizza Hut if my escalation here is not taken seriously!!!

Wrong order and the driver stole my money

I ordered a med. Cheese pizza and traditional hot wings with a 2lt of sprite. I told the manager that I was paying with cash and that the driver would need to bring change. When the driver gets to my address he doesn't have change which forced me to give him a $15 tip and I recieved no traditional wings. I tried to call the store but they were closed. Ironic I think not. I will be contacting the BBB about this because as I read on google this location is infamous for this kind of service. I will make sure this doesn't happen any more. Thank you!

It’s been for almost 2hrs and our order is still not here!

We ordered at exactly 5:41 pm and we understand that the delivery takes 45 minutes though the store is actually nearby which is 15-20 minutes away only! And its been almost 2 HOURS now, No updates nor messages from them. No way to call them as well since we do not have a landline. Were still waiting what the *** happened

Awful pizza

UFC party of all times for the pizza be cold and not crunchy at all. You not only ruined it for me but all my other guests. Thirty minutes late on delivery and only to get cold soggy pizza. You need to step up your game Pizza hut.

Ordered Bacon Lovers, Cheese Stuff Crust Pizza from Pizza Hut Evangelista through Food Panda. Surprisingly, it's a total mess!!! Put notes specifically NO ONIONS AND BELLPEPPERS, placed PWD number, none of these was done and when we eat the pizza it's not CHEESE STUFFED CRUST PIZZA, not applying the PWD discount was fine yet disappointing but not giving the order that I actually paid for at this time of crisis!!! This is so FRUSTRATING!!! Please do something about this. Is this how treat your customers?
