Franchisee needs to lose restaurant
The franchisee for Silver Springs, NV allows the following: Our family has been cussed at by staff, armed delivery drivers that continuously touch their weapons during deliveries, staff making poor comments about people's weight. This is just a short list. Our family along with most of our community have decided to boycott all Pizza Factory Restaurants unitl this franchisee is gone.

Pizza cant pick up
Hi i went yo.wromg location on westwood coq. But my partner must hsve ordered from clarke.
I tried to.drive over but they are closed and they cant deliver.to westwood location. I contacted they said go.online.
how would i reverse chsrge or get the 3 pizzas on.the 16th preferrably at westwood. Im giving them to homeless

I can use a coupon cause i order quite often

They ripped me off
I phoned many times
They said they would provide new pizza but never did
I never got my pizza

They said many times they would give pizza but manager never there
Always rude staff
