Greetings. Yesterday I purchased their product - the Pixie blush, and I gently open it, but the lid of it is made and gets stuck and ruins the entire blush.

As far as I'm concerned, you are supposed to make the product accessible to your customers and the goal is for me to be able to open it easily. Now my blush is ruined even though I paid a lot of money for it.

I expected more from a company that prides itself on its values and would love to know if there is any compensation I can receive for the damaged and ruined blush. ( I have pictures)
