Setup support

Mounting hardware for tripod appears to be different from videos and am having trouble mounting the camera.

Subscription

Was not able to talk to anyone on the phone.There was an immediate busy signal once I called. No one ever answered the phone.

Probably not the best purchase if you are not interested in a expensive yearly subscription in order to just "use" the product. So you pretty much "never" own a $800 camera that you paid for because it is worthless without their subscription...smh

It’s impossible to get ahold of customer support

No one will return emails or phone calls . Not even acknowledge you very disrespectful. Left at least 15 emails and have call 12 times

I just purchased a Pixellot camera but Im having trouble with it cos its not connecting to my wi-fi phone setting. I downloaded the app and followed the instructions but its not working. I need help please

did you email their support? they have it on the website support@***.tv - it happened to me and it turns out I didn't connect my phone to the camera correctly.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUBSTANDARD PRODUCT

I purchased a Pixellot Action camera. It did not work as designed, so I had to upgrade to a more expensive camera.

I spent about $1300-$1500 for hardware, accessories and shipping.

The camera worked very well at first, but as time went on we began to experience these system glitches where it would not record entire games or some of the footage was just gone or missing. I have attempted to speak with Pixellot by phone, but they have no direct contact by phone here in the USA.

I have sent emails and reach out to several people and I get responses back with no solutions. It's just a runaround

No one wanted to determine how to fix my issue

Their Customer Service is nonexistent and their product do not work as designed over a long period of time.

It works long enough to get outside of the return period then you begin to encounter a bunch of issues that they can't seem to fix.

Since they have no Customer Service Department, there is no one to speak with, you have to send emails to try to describe everything. So as you can see you may send 10-15 emails trying to clarify something, then they just close the ticket as if the problem has been resolved.

It's just a real scrappy way to do business.

If you're in the market for this type of recording system, DO NOT CHOOSE PIXELLOT.

IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE IT CAUSED AND THE LOST/MISSED MEMORIES YOU CAN'T GET BACK!
