I am a Season Ticket Holder
I called the Penguins to even buy more tickets and been on hold 1.5 hours. The website has issues today to.
Seems like since they changed ownership the organization sucks and has become a joke. Also I ben a longtime ticket holder and tried to buy 2 tickets to Jagars retirement and you idiots marked up the tickets 400%.
. Organization is pathetic and the customer service is a joke.
