Not very good at follow up with a new home that's under warranty

I had to call them out 5 times for the same issue wit a drawer in my kitchen on the 4th visit the guy went out around the property to find a piece of trash to fix it with and it lasted 3 days. Then I proceed with calling them Monday morning to see if they could please send someone that knew about cabinets! And she hands the phone to her father who starts yelling on the phone at me!!! I was trying to be nice because they were really therefor me when my house was going in. but that doesn't give them the right to talk to me the Way they did. So buyer beware!!
