Jack Brignenti The Pita Pit 5800 Magazine St. New Orleans LA 504-470-**** On Friday at 3:30 4 /10/15, I was called by Jack Brignenti owner of the Pita Pit 5800 Magazine St New Orleans LA) he call me requested service True Commercial Refrigerator. After troubleshooting I called Mr. Brignenti , told him that I could fix it for him for $250, For this service. He told me to go ahead with the work I was at the Pita Pit from 11am until 4 pm working on it for him. When I finished, I requested payment as agreed on. He told me that nobody there could sign a check, and that he could take care of it Monday. When I came back Monday to pick up my check He told me that it was in the mail . We text back an forth for about two weeks where he is promising payment, then he stopped answering my text and put me on caller reject. I spent $55 out of my pocket on his parts and Freon and 4 hours labor, Thought I was dealing with a reputable business person. After researching him I found that he is a 25 year old. He also has problems, in Mississippi with the State's Attorney .

WOW! Pita Pit is usually AMAZING! My husband just called to order from this location and we are two miles over the FOUR mile delivery limit and they won't deliver! It's so funny that all of the other Pita Pits we have ever ordered from would go a few extra miles even if it meant we paid more for delivery. Dominos is close to Pita Pit and they will deliver. On top of that, my husband had the speaker phone on and I am completely shocked at how poor their customer service skills are... Just because we asked if they could deliver and we were JUST outside of their zone, well there's no nicer way to put it but the girl on the phone was a COMPLETE *** I have never in my life seen such poor customer service skills. Sad thing is, the manager was standing right there telling her what to say. I will be going above their head on this one. And you can trust me that word WILL get out. I'm putting this on BLAST!

Maybe she was sick of trying to explain to idiots that they don't deliver to a certain area. She can't change the policy so you are arguing with the wrong person.
You are fifty percent outside the area, not just a block or two. Grow up - you don't always get what you want.
