The company is Pipette.com which is 1 letter off from Pipettes.com which is a much better company. Spoke with two employees on the phone Susan and Jon and they really don't know the basics of pipettes.
Not a bad company but they are just resellers so before buying copy the part number and go to the manufactures site to know for sure what your buying as many part descriptions leave out important info. The online chat support never responded with basic sizing questions and don't forget to read the return policy.
