The products you sell are excellent but the website to pay is awful.
Trying to pay through PayPal and my shipping address is difficult from my billing address. Keeps asking for me to select the correct address but there is no place to to make the selection. So then I decided to use Applepay and it took my money but still has not shown that the order was placed.

The return address on your site would not work when I took the package to the post office to return it. The Deep Run Rd doesn't come up in their system.

Ordered 3 swags but recd 3 valences.I sent an email 2 days ago - but no response so far. I wish to return the valences and have my original order cancelled.

Can NOT get a response NO phone CALL back after SEVERAL emails NO RESPONSE. MISSING ITEMS!!! Can they respond, nope no customer service after waiting 2 days, have not contacted me, not by emails or phone call.items that were ordered, one was a sign at $33.00, the other curtains that were seconds missing not received BUYER BEWARE
