I recently had a disappointing experience with Pipedream Products. Shortly after placing an order, I realized I needed to cancel it and immediately contacted their customer service.

However, they have a strict no cancellation or refund policy, which they repeatedly cited without offering any flexibility, even though the order hadnt been shipped at that point. Despite my request, they processed the shipment right after my inquiry, further reinforcing their unwillingness to assist.

It felt like customer satisfaction was secondary to enforcing rigid policies. Id advise future customers to be cautious when ordering, as there seems to be no room for changes once you hit purchase.

Haven of your products that is not working properly[broke]and have been trying to get in contact with someone at pipe dreams to get replaced and can't seem to get a hold of anyone to look after me.no point having a good product or warrantee if u can't contact the company to get the problem fixed

Cant register warranty

I boughta product on 5/16 from an authorized retailer it never did work they showed me in the store that it worked but only for a few seconds and said it just needed charged it was super dead I took it home and I charged it for the amount of time she told me to charge it for and I took it off the charger and it never did work it just won't work now when I try and charge it it doesn't even charge I'm not sure if it's the cord or if it's the product itself however it's never been used and the store told me to register the warranty and then contact you guys it has a year long warranty however when I try and register the warranty it tells me that that product warranties already expired so I'm not sure what to do but I know I need to get this replaced I paid $150 for this product I'm quite upset about how unavailable customer service is and how difficult it is to reach somebody I've tried calling for days

Completely dishonest business practices, I smell a scam. The manufacturer sells their items to a distributor and a distributor sells their items to a merchant to sell to me the customer thats the chain.

Well lets say the base. Bait and switch, false advertising, and selling items that dont even belong together. Basically paying for one thing and getting another. This is dangerous I mean, thank God it didnt work because you cant play with medical equipment people die.

Basically, its a scam because they do not back their product. They advertise 3 separate manufacturers warranties, but when I called to file a claim, they claim that the warranty has expired.

I bought this November 25, 2022, its November 26, 2022 , and no warranty after they promised the 60 day warranty, they came with the box the manufacturer on the website pipedreams.com offer the 90 day warranty from the date of purchase if you saw your receipt and they also offer a one-year warranty if something mechanically is wrong with it and none of them are able to be cashed out on or none of them are able to be clean because its a blockage in the system. They stop the customers right its a trap theres no way to file a claim because theyre claiming that the warranty is expired one day after the purchase
