- - Help has been hard to get.
- - Live chat has 2 agents: Carlos and Lisa.
- - Debit card linking and starting a trade were delayed, causing a missed trade.
Since joining, getting any help at all has been impossible. Only two individuals are working at the live chat, apparently: Condescending Carlos and Lazy Lisa.
Rather than actually helping to clarify questions, they are snarky with new, small-dollar traders. I got the runaround when trying to add money to their platform. I tried to link my debit card and start a trade at a specific time.
Almost two hours later, my card still says pending approval, I missed my trade, and the oh-so-helpful Lisa has nothing but 'we'll send you an email' before closing the chat. Thumbs down.

I lost the phone that I set up my account with. My number has changed as well.
I can't set up Google authenticator because I can't log into my account. This is a Chinese company, and it appears that they are trying to intentionally keep me out of my account.
Preferred solution: I want in my account
