Continuing delivery problems
We recently lost our dependable delivery man. I think he retired and am happy for him.
Now we have a driver who speeds through a residential area, tosses the paper out and will land in the street, the snowbank in winter, or in the grass.
Thats if he/she/it decides to work on that day.
Ive called the customer service line only to find they are in SINGAPORE!!! Huge disappointment.
HOW DO I CONTACT THE LOCAL DELIVERY SUPERVISOR?

Have been faithful customers for +50 years of the Pioneer Press but they could not comprehend my issues & they have a script to follow with the same answers regardless of the question, plus the subscription is way over priced for two pages of news 7 days a week. One agent actually hung up on me!
Bring this service back to the U.S. to avoid disruptions in your paper, Id rather pay a higher price for the newspaper than deal with these people with screaming kids in the back ground!!!
When you charge your long time customers three times what a new customer gets is outrageous!!! This newspaper increased three times from the last two years for 24 weeks of paper!
