Unethical Mobile Home Sales

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I was contacted by Pat Sandberg regarding the mobile home I was selling. He told me that he doesn't charge fees. What his company does is they sell it and then the seller gets an amount that is agreed upon before the sale. Anything above that amount is his profit. My agreed upon amount was $45,000. The mobile home sold for $50,000. After the payoff of my loan and other fees, the amount left from the $50,000 was $6,857.09. That should mean that $1857.09 should be returned to us however; they are refusing to do so. They tried to tell me that they pushed the payoff date out so the payoff amount decreased. That is a lie - pushing the payoff date out would mean that more interest is accruing and the payoff amount would be higher. They're trying to keep money that doesn't belong to them. Do not list or purchase from Pioneer Custom Homes as they are unethical and will not do right by you.
