I need technical support

The system started working with reset but the next morning not turning on we need reset again. Help me to fix it.

Blower motor ran with me helping it to go and it would run a bit and then shut off check the pressures it was good then motor shut off like it over heats

I am still waiting.. I am 78 but swear I registered my mini split June 2022 but they swear I did not.
