Very Bad Customer Service
I bought a couple of items and they were badly packed, so one broke. I contacted the auction house.
They said they could offer me a 50% refund of the sales price of the broken item but not a full refund and without the buyers premium and without the shipping. Or I could return the item but would have to pay for the shipping. The item was heavy, shipping was expensive. I already have written a hunderd words, I think.
I have no idea why it keeps repeating that I must still write them. {{Redacted}}

Pioneer Auction Gallery
This is a SCAM company. They use bogus appraisals to get you to buy junk jewelry.
My daughter was ripped off over three thousand dollars. She thought she was bidding on jewelry worth over $30,000 according to Pioneer Auction Gallery and their appraisals. The stuff she bought isn't worth $50. They also claim they sell antiques and collectables.
The stuff they are selling is reproduction junk out of China. I have written several postings about Pioneer Auction Gallery and they must hire an agency to remove these listings on the internet; Pioneer makes big money preying on unsuspecting internet bidders. If you were at the auction in person you could tell the items are worthless. Thats the other thing they do is make it seem like it is a real auction when in fact there are only a few employees present.
You have been warned! They do this scam quit often so watch out. I suspect they will change their name in the future because people will eventually have enough complaints the authorities will close them down.
I suggest you do not use Proxibid they have several companies like Pioneer they do business with. I suggest go to the auction in person or use Ebay you have a lot more protection this way.
