On December 6 I ordered and paid for two items. I received one within three weeks.

The other item (over $50) has not been sent and I have left their customer support three email messages and have not received any response. I feel cheated and don't know what to do to get them to do their job and offer customer support ( contact me and either mail the item or refund me for that item).

I have since found out that They have a F on the Better Business Bureau website and many complaints.

That caused me to worry about information breach and I challenged the order with my bank, only to find out later that it was a legitimate charge.

I called the very next morning to have it reversed; now I have no idea of my order status. I even emailed the company the day before with no response whatsoever.
