We declined minimal restitution. We just want other possible customers to understand the horrible experience we went through, and hope that they do not use Pintail and have to go through the same. We are just putting our story out there..

We are done dealing with Pintail. We just hope that another unsuspecting family doesn't use Pintail and have to go through the same issues we did.

Two years of our lives has been spent dealing with Pintail and their poor craftmanship. No more.
