Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.

I booked a reservation at Pinot's Palette in Princeton NJ (127 Village Blvd) for 2 people on February 3, 7:30 pm, $80. Not the first time going there and have always had a good time. I had a family emergency and couldn't keep the reservation so I called them on Friday, 2/2, during the day twice to see how to reschedule/cancel. I kept getting voicemail so I left a message and received a snippy text saying that's not how to cancel and no shows do not get refunds or reschedules. They also require 24 hrs to reschedule or cancel and I need to reply to the confirmation email. I made it home Friday evening and found the confirmation email and asked to reschedule this reservation. Another email was received asking WHICH ONE as there are 3 on Saturday. Funny, the one I was referring to was in that confirmation email so I said, the one in this email chain. Please see below. Received an email saying it's too late and less than 24 hrs. I sent the email at 7:00 pm Friday, the reservation was for 7:30 pm Saturday. Isn't this within 24 hrs? They said they can only give me ONE seat (original reservation was for 2 people) and I have to choose within 5 days. This is UNACCEPTABLE and frankly I really don't even want to return to this place if this is how they treat their repeat customers. The amount of aggravation just to reschedule a painting class is unbelievable!!! How unfortunate that you can't even reach a live person when you need help. Life happens and some things are out of our control. It sure would be nice to work with businesses that understand this.
