Pinnacle Propane

Northern NM propane is great. They saved us the same day after our Nightmare with pinnacle propane.

Anyone but pinnacle propane. They are the absolute worst company to ever exist. Left us without propane for 16 days during that big winter storm, and told us they were coming every day... Prior to this day one of their drivers had an accident and drove through our gate.

Totally destroying it. They had us get quotes to have it repaired from 3 companies here in town. They said all were too high and that they wanted to have their own guy come to fix it. We agreed as long as it was repaired...

After months of delays, and then not answering the phone, I had it done and sent them the bill. They agreed to pay for it, and I sent them the bill... 3 months... 6 months...

a year... nothing... So I call from a friend's number and they answer, transfer me to corporate who tells me the company sold to new owners and they know nothing of it and are not responsible... I send all of the police reports and all of the other info to their insurance company and that is where the fun started....

they never did come back after they ran through our gate, destroyed it, and refused to pay for it. Their driver lied to the officers and was caught, and they waited over a year to actually file the claim, so their insurance company refused to pay for the damages due to the lies, and fraud on Pinnacle's part. Their insurance company told us to our best bet was to sue. They also dropped pinnacle propane from their coverage...

Needless to say a lawsuit has been filed. A gate is just a gate... I could care less about the gate... but not bringing my family propane for 16 days in negative temperatures...

no heat, no running water..... well, that was a personal attack. I called for 3 weeks before we ran out, and every day after. They just lied and said they were on their way...

After the 16th day, I called Northern NM propane. Told them what was going on, and they came out the next morning and set us up. They have been great! I highly recommend Northern NM Propane.

I notified pinnacle propane that I made the switch and lo and behold they came and tried to steal my full propane tank, that day... They just wanted us to freeze to death I guess so their problem would go away... It just doesn't work that way though... I had to have a judge tell them they are not allowed on my property and that they had no ownership of the tank that I can verify I own.

I had to call from other phone numbers to get them to answer the phone.... the most unprofessional "company" to ever exist in my opinion. There are now restraining orders in place and they are not allowed on my property. I honestly hope they don't treat all of their customers like this...

but once the guy found out I was an Army Veteran and supported our previous President in the last election, they became very unprofessional. Politically motivated in their business... wild. And they no longer wanted to fix their mistake of destroying my gate.

Should have been a simple insurance claim and fix... accidents happen. No big deal. No harm no foul...

but they are causing harm. Pinnacle is not a responsible enough company to be able to provide the service they do, in an environment like this. People can die. They lied, got denied, and now here we are.

So, again, this was just my family's experience with this company and its management. But, I sure would hate to see anyone else deal with them before I can sue them out of existence to save everyone from the harm they cause.
