Non Responsive/Poor Customer Service

I purchased Pinnacle Logo's Basic Package, which included 4 Logo Design Concepts that was to be delivered in a 3 - 4 Days Turn Around Time. It took seven business days for them to send the 4 initial designs, which were horrible and amateur like. It definitely lacked creativity. I immediately requested revisions to the designs via email, and gave specific instructions on the changes I would like to see. Eleven days later and I still had not received a response from Pinnacle Logo. I attempted to reach them via the toll-free number on their website, however, it is no longer in service. I am certain that this is a fly-by-night company. Do not use their services.

HORRIBLY UNRELIABLE AND UNACCOUNTABLE

Used them years ago and they were wonderful.Ordered a service few months ago and after four days nothing was delivered. Excuses and they promised me a refund.Two months later: New order, paid additional $30 for 24hr turn aroundAfter over 48hrs we have not received anything.Their phone number for support is out of serviceNo reply to two emails 12 hrs apart. Why are you not allowed to give ZERO stars? Update: March 6, 2018: Almost a week after request for refund.Pinnacle logo SUSAN has ignored request. Opened Paypal case.IF YOU MUST do business with these fraud company use PAYPALI hope they will force my money back.

BE WARE!! Horrible company

Same as everyone here...worked with a person named Susan who just lacked professionalism, and skill. Was an absolute joke. We sent her an illustration that we liked, but could not use due to infringement. We thought she would use it as a 'go-by'. NOT! So she basically 'copied' the design, changed just a few things and called it 'original'! ***, I could have done that on photo shop!...We can't use the illustration due to infringement issues, and asked for our money back...nope, they do NOT honor a money back guarantee like their website claims. Do NOT use this company unless you like unprofessional attitudes and horrible designs, and 2 + week turn around, not 2-3 days...thats another lie! They are not truthful. Awful company! We found a local company who was able to get us an ORIGINAL illustration IN 2 days and were very very fair in price! And it was absolutely perfect!!Wish I had NEVER gone with this *** waste of time, company! Pinnacle sucks!

This customer send a logo and wanted it copied, we told Pamela we could not copy the image, but would create a new image to prevent copyright issues. We created the new image and they requested some revisions and color changes, which we provided.

They approved the final logo and we send the final printer and web ready formats. This was an illustration created in Adobe Illustrator, we provided the vector file which could not be done in Photoshop.

The initial design was provided within the specified time mentioned in our email as the customer requested an illistration and a qoute was given via email, not a normal business logo package purchased on our website. The time delay was waiting for responses on the revisions we provided and for the customer to respond.

- They did send us the branding logo but have not seen anything regarding a credit. The last coorespondence requested a credit and they said nothing about it.

This is a horrible company. I got on the chat and asked if they could have our logo design done the next day and Susan told me if I paid for the 24 hour service for $29.00 it would be done. I submitted the information to them at 11 am and did not see the proof until 9pm the next day. When they advertise 24 hour service it should be to completion. The logo they created looked exactly like our current one and they did not do what I asked them to. They do not respond to emails. They will only respond to the chat. I asked them why they didn't respond and they always say they didn't receive the emails. When they say you get 4 renditions of the logo you get the same logo in 4 different colors. I asked for a logo layout for branding and our main layout and they didn't follow it. I asked them for the branding logo numerous times and no response or they say the ad was approved and filed away. I would save your money because your logo will not look like the ones on their website unless you get more service than we did.

As we discussed in our correspondence with you, the samples were sent within the time frame mentioned on our live chat with you before you purchased the item. The request via email and live chat was for us to cleanup (recreate) you existing logo as you did not have the logo in a high resolution file to print and just to add color, not to create additional illustrations as mentioned in your feedback, which we also supplied copies of that via email.

Once you approved the logo we sent you the final files for 5 different layouts and colors that you requested.

1. You received the logo layouts within the timeframe specified in our correspondence for your existing logo that we recreated to provide the vector scalable file.

2.

You received 5 different layouts and colors in the final files of your recreated logo as requested.

3. The normal turnaround time would have been receiving the illustration for approval within 4 business days you received it the next day for approval (rush service)

I admit, I was initially very upset with their work. My standards may have been unrealistic.

I encourage people to use them. When I discussed my problem with them they were quick to put things in perspective and handled it like champs. Susan was a doll.

I guess when discussing things in email it's sometimes hard to determine the tone.

Pissed Consumer won't allow me to redact my comment without going through a long, unnecessary process; otherwise I'd delete the comment.

I purchased a logo for $20. The people at Pinnacle are rude. I dealt with a woman named Susan who lacks class and basic customer service skills. The logos they presented looked like bad clip art created by children. I could have done better work than that. I regret the purchase. I asked for a refund and it was not granted like their website says. In fact, I did not even get a return email after sending several emails. They give a bad name to logo designers everywhere. Buyer beware! Tell all your friends not to use them. Needless to say, I'm extremely frustrated.

WORST LOGO COMPANY EVER!! AND DISHONEST!!!!

Pinnacle Logo is by far the WORST logo design company ever! The artworks looks like a 3 year old drew it, in fact, a 3 year old could probably do better!! They submitted the logo to me at the very last moment and it looked nothing like what I had requested. After I asked for them to revise the logo, they came back with two more designs that were beyond description... I would urge anyone who wants to use this company to STAY AWAY!! They have extremely poor customer service, it takes them days to get back to you, and even then they don't address concerns or questions. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! You're better off drawing your own logo!!!

Very unprofessional

I paid for a basic package logo design and received my design within the time promised. That said, the design was pretty lame. When I asked for a revision, they made barely any changes and clearly hadn't read what I requested. It was as though they only needed to make one revision to fulfill the terms of the purchase and they didn't care whether the customer was satisfied. When I pointed that out, and asked them to please make the revisions requested, they again revised the logo without doing what I asked. I responded again and even offered to pay more if that was necessary to get the revision I was requesting. Never heard back. No response, no revisions and ultimately no logo. Don't waste your time or money. Very frustrating.

They do BAD work and they are DISHONEST

They give you samples that take a minute or two (seriously, they're embarassing) and then take forever to get you revisions, which still will be terrible. Even when you tell them exactly what you want, they still can't get it right. They have a limited number of fonts and their designers don't seem to have any clue what they're doing. I thought it'd be worth a little headache for the price, but now I'm left with a logo I can do nothing with. I could go back and forth a million times but they do not have the talent or the resources to produce quality logos so I would just be wasting my time. Also - and this part seems ILLEGAL - even though their site says 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE...they won't give you your money back if you've made revisions...isn't that illegal??? Either way, it's misleading and it's unethical. STAY AWAY FROM PINNACLE!!

Pinnacle Logo is Unskilled and Dishonest

They kept sending me really awful samples, basically without even reading what I had written I wanted, let alone actually using any helpful creativity. (I mean, this stuff they sent was emBARassing - SO ugly; would not have helped my company in the least.) So after weeks of going back and forth and getting hardly anywhere, I told them I wanted to forget about it and get my money back, because their website has a 100% money-back guarantee. They refused!!!!!! Terrible. Oh, and the guy on the phone, though he tried to be sappy sweet during the couple weeks they kept messing my logo up, ended up telling me I should go and work at McDonald's because he was angry about me telling him I did not want to listen to him explain why it was okay to say "money back guarantee" on their website but then not provide a refund. This company is TRULY no good - don't get sucked into the cheap price, because $49 is still too much money just to throw away altogether, and that's what you'll be doing with them.

PINNACLE LOGO IS THE WORST DESIGN COMPANY OF THEM ALL!!

This company seems to be run by one extremely untalented person. I ordered 1 design to be done and they sent back the most uncreative, lamest, most embarrassing excuses of logos I've ever seen. Lettering was straight Times New Roman and everything looked HORRIBLE. I asked for a refund over a chat conversation because they NEVER pick up the phone and the NEVER email you back! When I reached someone, the attendant refused to give me my refund and pulled up emails to try to prove me wrong about asking a refund?? Eventually told me I have to email someone in their "other department" so that a refund can be processed in another 4 days. I was then *** enough to give them another chance but then NO RESPONSE for 5 days!! No one ever picks up the phone and the chat is never active. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
