Not following proper procedures

Not only was I not notified about my account being closed. There customer service representatives are rude.

I was accused of committing fraud on my own account for asking for a cashiers check to pay my rent the clerk threatening to have my Survivor benefits sent back to social security! She tried to fix it by giving me a gift card for 100.00! I should have sued them for racial profiling me! They continue to be rude to me!

Ive put up with this mistreatment since 2019. Im over it!

Summary - Payment to merchant scheduled 3/22. Pinnacle processed EARLY 3/20.

Merchant has not gotten funds. Pinnacle is holding every dollar i had in that account HOSTAGE until Monday 3/22. Was basically told I’m am screwed until 3/22. I’ve never been treated so poorly.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Just finished a call with the absolute worst customer service team.

Debit was scheduled for 3/22/21 and money was put on hold on 3/22. Reached out to the company that requested the payment on the 22nd and was PINNACLE processed the payment early. Was told to call PINNACLE and let them know the AGREED UPON date of the 22nd and was basically told to *** Teresa Sims was absolutely HORRIBLE.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UNLESS YOU ARE WEALTHY, THEY COULD CARE LESS.

Customer Service will not help a customer AT ALL Unless youre a Business customer or a wealthy retiree stay away Im 24 and I cant afford for a bank like this to just absolutely treat me like nothing Im closing this account funny I cant close it until Monday the same Monday I have to wait til I can even see my money thats being held hostage I want to cry
