Summary - Payment to merchant scheduled 3/22. Pinnacle processed EARLY 3/20.

Merchant has not gotten funds. Pinnacle is holding every dollar i had in that account HOSTAGE until Monday 3/22. Was basically told I’m am screwed until 3/22. I’ve never been treated so poorly.

Teresa Sims, Manager whoever? You know how to lose a client.

DO NOT BANK HERE. Just finished a call with the absolute worst customer service team. Debit was scheduled for 3/22/21 and money was put on hold on 3/22. Reached out to the company that requested the payment on the 22nd and was PINNACLE processed the payment early. Was told to call PINNACLE and let them know the AGREED UPON date of the 22nd and was basically told to *** Teresa Sims was absolutely HORRIBLE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. UNLESS YOU ARE WEALTHY, THEY COULD CARE LESS. Customer Service will not help a customer AT ALL Unless youre a Business customer or a wealthy retiree stay away Im 24 and I cant afford for a bank like this to just absolutely treat me like nothing Im closing this account funny I cant close it until Monday the same Monday I have to wait til I can even see my money thats being held hostage I want to cry

Preferred solution: At this point, I don’t even care. I want my money back. My direct deposits stopped, and my account canceled.
