AI Highlights
  • - Paid $6,000 for two cars; neither fixed.
  • - Corvette: seals replaced twice; engine not fixed.
  • - Mustang: cost rose from $3,300 to $4,000; not fixed.

I can't decide if I think this shop is incompetent or if they are just plain old crooks. They had two of our vehicles for a solid 3 months.

We paid them $6,000, and neither of them was properly fixed when we finally got them back. He replaced some seals on my daughter's Corvette engine on two separate occasions and told her that was all it needed, but when she picked it up, he told her it needed an engine. I'm no expert, but I can't understand why you would charge someone $2000 to replace seals on an engine that is no good. The other car was a Mustang that had the transmission go out.

The estimated total of $3300 turned into $4000, and when we got it back, it wasn't shifting properly, and he couldn't figure out why. He literally told my son he should trade it in - after we paid him all that money to fix it! I have never been so disappointed in a business in my entire life. Furthermore, if you look on Google, you'll see multiple listings for him, which is why I didn't see all his absolutely horrendous reviews to begin with.

So, if you are posting a review, please post it under all of his listings, as well as YELP and Facebook.

If you are reading the reviews, please check all of those places. I hope someone else can learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.
