Worst behavior. Never go to pinkmaids.sg
I called pinkmaids.sg for booking one time cleaning services. They called me back to check another availability from me as their maid was sick. I said it’s not possible as I had other commitment, then the guy said he will send The sick maid to my house, I could not agree as I was already sick with cold. So I said please don’t send. He immediately shouted at me “get lost, go to *** I was shocked. Never ever go to pinkmaids.sg

This is a baseless accusation. No one sends a sick staff to work.
We did call the client on the eve of her session to ask whether we could reschedule her session as the Helper (our part-time staff) who was assigned this job messaged us to say her daughter is unwell & she can’t come to work. So I told the staff that I would check with the client to see whether we could change the session or else to look for someone to babysit her daughter while she’s out doing this house. So accordingly we called the client. But when the client said that they are unable to change the session, we agreed to send the Helper as confirmed.
But now the client says she doesn’t want this Helper bcoz the Helper’s daughter is sick & that the Helper might pass the bug to her ! So now that means if anyone staying in the same house with our staff is unwell means that staff cannot go to work is it ? If like that, half of the workforce needs to be at home only. If it was during the COVID times like now I can understand.
But this was 2 yrs ago ! So when we conveyed this to her, she was unhappy & asked to cancel the session. After which she added stories to it & posted here.
I still have the screenshot of the text between me & my staff which has the work order I sent to her indicating this client’s name & address to show proof that it was the staff’s daughter that was unwell & not the staff herself. (We only chance upon this post now & thus correcting the facts only now)
