Using pink cherry follars

got email that I received PinkChery Cash award. No path to use it and customer service was unable to help. She tried, nothing worked. I closed your site and orederd similar item from Amazon, while I did not get a cash award applied, I did not have to pay for shipping. The price of item was comparable to the price you offered if PinkCherry Cash dollars were not applied. Thanks for asking

Using pink cherry follars

Never did find right path to use PinkCherry cash nor was customer service able to help. Products are fine, ordering is easy, and prices fair, but again the path to use your PinkCherry cash seemed non-existent. Was asked to use slider tab, where the *** is it? I tried the coupon box, that obviously wrong. Won't order again until I know the way.
