The waiter took it upon herself and put a $20 tip on my credit card The manager was very rude. He went his pocket and got it $20 bill out is very unprofessional at pink tacos and Washington DC.

My name is Richard & I work in Times Square at the Lion King 44th street just 3 blocks from the Pink Taco. On 06-06-23 my crew & I decided to give the restaurant Pink Taco a chance and placed and paid for our order online.

After an unreasonable amount of time had passed, I contacted the restaurant and a very apologetic and understanding person understood our dismay and asked us to wait another 15 minutes for the 3rd party delivery service to complete their 3 block trek.

Assuring us that if the food didnt arrive, the manager would get involved in satisfying our issue. I waited outside the theatre until the delivery was made tipped the delivery person and brought the food inside.

Who can guess what taquitos look like after sitting in a container releasing steam??? Picture the crisp crunchy taquito reduced to a mush like substance . .

. the rest was as cold as you would expect from a 60+ minute bath in released heat and time enough to wilt lettuce. The garbage was the next stop for this mess. I called, twice, and left a message for anyone to step up to the customer service desk & correct this mistake .

. . crickets were all we heard, no one returned our call.

This morning 06-07-23, I stopped by and explained the entire experience to the manager (who didnt have a business card) who told me that he couldnt rectify the situation because it was the 3rd party delivery company that made the error. I agreed with him, the restaurant may offer fine Mexican food but we will never know that because the 3rd party delivery company made that experience impossible.

They work for Pink Taco, it comes down to what kind of Customer dinging experience Pink Taco wants their customers to walk away with. If this is how management of Pink Taco is going to treat their neighbors and customers . . .

Walk Away is exactly what we will do.

It would have taken so little to correct this issue . .

. Opportunity missed!
