Management and staff need customer service skills. Calling a customer a liar is bad form.
Not being able to answer a tomeframe question is not acceptable. Sometimes its okay to say hey we are really sqamped riggt now might be better to make an appointment.
You can walk in but it will be a long wait. Glad you have regular customers because you wont get walk in or repeat new business with rude nasty attitude and then blame the customer for it.
