Bad Service

I bought this deal approximately 2 months ago. I made a telephone call to make a booking with the supplier on Monday 13th April. I booked a table for 7pm on Wednesday 15th April, with a verbal conformation that the date was OK. Myself and my wife arrived at the restaurant on the correct date at 6.45pm to find that not only was it closed but it was all locked up. Due to this we were not able to have meal that we had purchased from your company and we had travelled a total of 20 miles to the restaurant and back home. Please advse ma how I can arrange a refund for this purchase D Boyd
