Defective clasp PINEDA COVALIN jewelry

My PINEDA COVALIN bracelet with magnetic clasp just fell from my wrist the first time I wore it and the company just said that they valued my feed back and if I ever found it they would change the clasp. I was twice insulted: once by a highly defective article and twice by a badly trained customer representative that couldn't care less to solve my problem and was hired to cover up for her boss. Why would any serious jeweller place a magnet to close a heavy stone bracelet and sell it at premium locations and a piece of art? It is more a piece of *** They just exploit a brand name with bad quality products.

PINEDA COVALIN defective jewelry avoid it!

I bought a PINEDA COVALIN stone, silk and silver bracelet for my wife that closed with a magnet clasp. My wife wore it once and it just fell when we were at the theater. We complaint at PINEDA COVALIN's site and a Teresa Mendoza answered our complaint just " thanking for the feed back that she was going to pass on to the silversmiths" and that was it. DO NOT BUY ANY PINEDA COVALIN'S stuff. Overpriced and badly made. It's a waste of good money. They don't care for quality nor customer's satisfaction. It is like throwing your money to the drain.
