2 week old PINECIL v2 stopped working

Order number : 281684

Not getting response to any emails concerning warranty claim. The PINECIL image on the display just looked scrambled and then went blank and wont turn back on no matter what power supply I use and I have tried using both USB type C and the Barrel jack
