Highest Rates, Lowerst Service

Internet Service is constantly down, company refuses to provide internet service without phone service (yes it is possible, as long as you live where a company isn't screwing you) *** static phones lines and 0.16 per minute long distance some of the highest in the county. The company uses state grants to fund their muti million dollar operations then *** the consumer to use it at every turn.

Highest prices, horrible service that should be the pine family of companies motto.

now they have gotten more free money to put in fiber and destroyed every yard in the city, can't wait to see the rip off on this one, they'll probably make you buy phone, long distance, cable and internet or refuse to provided ay service. *** VAMPIRES

Dealing with Pine Telephone-

Pine Telephone of Broken Bow, Oklahoma-

The rudest dealings i've ever had working with a company, individual or individuals working for that company in my entire life. i really don't see how anyone could sleep with themselves or anyone else after going through the work day being absolutely rude to their customers.

The phrase "the customer is always right"...not with this company. all words beyond this point are fillwords....all words beyond this point are fillwords....all words beyond this point are fillwords....all words beyond this point are fillwords....all words beyond this point are fillwords....

Why is it they are the only phone company in town? I thought monopolies were illegal in this country.

I have come to realize that there is a whole lot of funny business going on in broken bow oklahoma. They don't even have elections for their city government.

They just appointment who they want to be there. Sounds pretty fishy to me.

I agree, also almost every local number is long distance at a rate of .21 cents per minute. Internet out 10% of the time, DSL is not even legal by FCC standards, their bank is a rip off also.

MCNB, they charge your business up to 10% when using their 3rd party merchant account provider. If Callahan has anything to do with the company it's a rip off.

in order to to get the FCC involved you would have to file a formal complaint.

A formal complaint to who? All their money was given to them through grants!

The persons whom will be "investigating" will be the same persons that approved the multi million dollar grants to these vultures.

I can only wish that ol' Esta loses her *** is another company ever comes along. Giving hand jobs at a bus stop till she dies would be too good for that waste of meat.

avoid this company like the plague. Received the worst customer service. Would not recommend them to my worst enemy
