Worst customer service
- - Loyal for 6 years; on this visit the owner touched our child, was rude, gave no apology, and told us to take our kids elsewhere.
We have been loyal customers for the past 6 years. Every time we've went the owner has a problem with our children.
We only kept returning because we all had a good time regardless. Our kids know how to behave when we visit considering the owner is always mean to them. Not to pull the race card but it's only them he's had issues with. We've witnessed it.
This time around he put his hand on our child and that was enough. My husband tried talking to him and the man only got rude and didn't even apologize. He said we need to find elsewhere to take our kids because he will continue talking to them the way he talks to them every time we go.
He even went as far as saying that place isn't for kids yet, there's games and machines meant for kids to use. We will never return and now understand why we have never seen any other minorities there.
