Worthless Engine Leaks Antifreeze in Motor Oil Business Refused Reasonable Repair
I Paid Pilot Engines Inc located in Pilot Mountain North Carolina to fix my engine and this ripoff shop was incompetent demanding a new radiator and water pump after the engine was out and the vehicle was dismantled. The manager was down right *** stating if you refuse, your WARRANTY IS VOID! These crooks employ college kids that have very little experience in auto repair and everything they touched was either broken or was incorrectly installed.
The engine did not run properly and the shop blames some sensor that functions properly. I know this because I had to fix the engine and I did not replace the sensor recommended by Pilot Engines and there is no engine light because I know how the engine management system works (I'm ASE Certified).
The engine started leaking oil at 100 miles and the shop refused to fix anything and kept telling me there is nothing wrong with the engine. Then I found out the oil drain plug was stripped (apparently it was tightened with a power wrench). Now its leaking antifreeze into the motor oil, confirmed by a laboratory analysis.
I paid PILOT ENGINES to ruin my engine because of their defective workmanship and all get is a bunch of LIES and now I have to pay to have the engine fixed again, it was only driven 2,693 miles because of all the problems with this ripoff engine rebuilder.
If you need your engine fixed, go anywhere but this place because they are the worst auto repair shop I have ever had the misfortune to deal with, and I got SCAMMED on a worthless engine that needs to be fixed again because of their incompetence.
