Product dissatisfaction

This company and its owner should be banned from doing any further business in the United States permanently. What the owner Linden did was far beyond Freedom of Speech rights. He was a complicent in the role of Donald Trump and the attempted overthrow of the US government. He financially backed both the instigator Donald Trump as well as his cause.

User's recommendation: Boycott and shut down this company.

The Truth About Pillow Pets

May 15, 2017; It is currently 10:54 & I'm trying to buy a pillow pet, more specifically one named the Dalmatian pillow pet. The website keeps freezing & it won't let me pay. I cannot believe this, I've been putting so much effort into buying 57 pillow pets - but then, I tried only buying 1 & it still won't work. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or if the website is just a scam, however, if it is a scam, please keep everyone you know aware of the disappointing truth about PILLOW PETS, although I know it is loved by many, there are some things that need to be changed & fixed for the better. Please let me know any feedback or comments - any would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I orderedfrom pillow pet on the 25th of November and not only have i not recieved them but my delivery date gets moved up every time the day its supposed to be here arrives and when I try to email it gets sent back saying that this is an unattended site im so mad its been 2 weeks this is a scam

I placed an order for my son birthday in july. I waited around 10 days to receive a different pillow pet that was not even scented. It wasn't even on the scented pillow pet website. I called multiple times, sent numerous emails. Absolutely no response. Horrible and no customer service they take your money and then have no response afterwards. I wouldn't recommend anyone to them and they need to shut down because that's not a legit business.

Never shipped but charged

Placed an order for a scented pillow pet on 6-31-16. Got a confirmation with a 3 digit order number. Created an acoount at checkout. When I sign in it says no orders place. I tried to e-mail but you need a 5 digit order number. I tried several times with the 3 diget number and not recieved a response. I sent messages through paypal that have also been ignored. Try calling any of the numbers on the web page. They either ring eternally or go to an office persons voicemail. leave a message on everyone but get not one callback. Lesson learned.Still waiting for paypal dispute to get refund but comapany will not respond to their requests.

C&J, Ontel, Pillow Pets, Glow Pets - SCAM!!! AWFUL SERVICE

Ordered from the mypillowpets.com and glowpets.com websites and it has been the WORST experience ever. I was overcharged, not sent tracking information, and was told my order would take 7-8 business days to arrive. It has been five days now, and when I called AND e-mailed to request my tracking number, I checked the tracking, and it is not scheduled to arrive for ANOTHER SEVEN DAYS! That's 12 DAYS! Bogus claim. They also called to let me know that what I ordered would not be what I was getting. I had to choose something else than what was advertised and what I had paid for. I am also now receiving SCAM text messages, e-mails etc asking for my credit card information. This never happened until I provided my information to this "company". They are not very professional and I am very stressed out and nervous that my package will not even get here. I spent a lot of money and am not getting what I asked for. It better get here, and it better be "worth" the wait, stress, anxiety, and BS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES and this product. PILLOW PETS SUCK!!! ONTEL IS A SCAM!!! AND C& J PRODUCTS SEEMS TO BE RUN OUT OF SOMEONES BASEMENT

Pillow Pets Website - WORST service EVER!

www.mypillowpets.com is apparently the official website for Pillow Pets, bet yet it is run very unprofessionally and leaves you feeling as though it is a scam, and is likely run out of someone's basement. When you receive e-mails from their customer department, there is no standard subject, no letterhead from the company, no signature -nothing to make it look legit. E-mails you receive from the company look something like "hey, your order will be there between 7-8 dayss....thanks" That's it. Really?! :S Also, they offer things on the website that aren't actually available. They offer "customized" Pillow Pets that they've never even produced before, so they have no idea what they're doing. It shows on the website where the customized name will show up, but turns out...that's not where it is! They put it somewhere totally different because they didn't test beforehand whether it would work or not. They also overcharge your credit card in the hopes that you don't notice and they can sneak a few bucks from every customer. STAY AWAY!!! SCAM!!!! Awful, awful, awful.

STOLE MONEY OFF MY CREDIT CARD!

Ordering a pillow pet was something I thought would be quick and simple, and an overall enjoyable experience - I was wrong. This has been SO stressful! I will never order another Pillow Pet, or affiliated product online again. I feel as though the website is not trustworthy. The e-mail I got back from customer service had no company letterhead, no signature, no contact information, etc. It looked like a 12 year old had sent it. The worst part is that THEY OVERCHARGED MY CREDIT CARD!! My order should have been X amount, and they charged me way more! I called as soon as I noticed, and they couldn't help me. They told me their supervisor would call me back....he hasn't. SCAM RIPOFF!!!!

I am not happy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a pillow pet for my daughter and when I gave it to her I noticed I was torn, I tryed to return it but at the store they didnt have any more I am MAD BECAUSE MY MONEY wont be refunded and my daughter has a torn pillow pet, and by the look of it it was a manufactore wrong. can you please help me and my daughter,I am looking forward in a responce, i am not happy with the product so please call me or e mail me.thank you rosario mendoza letty.gmc82@***.com

I placed an order and payed the extra $10.00 rush delivery fee to ensure the 6 pillow pets I ordered arrived on time for my daughter's 7th birthday party. It did not arrive...when i called to check the status of my order...it hadn't been shipped b/c one pet was no longer in stock...I never received a call or e-mail informing me of this...I re-placed the order, w/ rush AGAIN...still no pets 8 days later... They WILL NOT be in time for the party...The SUPERVISOR was rude & hung up on me!!!!!!!!! Poor customer service...incompetent employees...my daughter will be heart broken.

I completely agree with you! This company is so disorganized, it's ridiculous!

They should not be advertising products that are not available, are on back order, etc. I had issues with them overcharging my credit card, as well as not shipping out my product on time. They need to get their s*it together. STAY AWAY!!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! You will only get a headache!

You likely won't even receive your product. I am still waiting :( NEVER AGAIN.
