He preaches money back guarantee on tv.
I refuse to pay a 3rd party vendor $10.95 to return it when he says 100 % money back guarantee.
I order my 1st pillow because it was on sale. I couldn't afford it otherwise.
The shipping was $16 way too much, Ido did it anyway. I get it, it's way too overstuffed for my neck. I try to return it and that's when you find out that all returns go through a different vendor and they charge 10.95. This info should be upfront.
He says 100% money back. B.S.

I ordered my brother the cool and crisp sheets in light gray as a gift. After receiving them, he said he wanted them in white.
I tried to exchange and white was unavailable. Customer service is replacing them in the luxe which are available in white for no extra cost.
So we got a free upgrade and a prepaid fee return label. Love PG!!
