I ordered my brother the cool and crisp sheets in light gray as a gift. After receiving them, he said he wanted them in white. I tried to exchange and white was unavailable. Customer service is replacing them in the luxe which are available in white for no extra cost. So we got a free upgrade and a prepaid fee return label. Love PG!!
