Sent me wrong pills

I ordered birth control from the pill club during the covid pandemic when I couldnt get to my Doctor because they are closed. I asked for a certain brand which they offered and they sent me something completely different and wouldnt switch them for me and then didnt want to correct their mistake so they just cancelled me after charging and sending me 6 months of the wrong pills which I refused to take because I didnt want to switch. So they just cancelled me and told me to see my doctor (who is still closed)

Horrible customer service

Decided to try The Pill Club since they are 3 times cheaper than my previous birth control supplier. Well let me warn you the glowing reviews online are all hype. I signed up and after 3 weeks went by without a word, I decided to get in touch with them and see if my new prescription had gone through and if my new pills were coming. After being on hold for almost an hour, I was able to talk to a customer service rep who knew nothing about my account besides my name. After looking up my info, she said that there was a delay because of my “allergy to yellow dye” and they were looking for another prescription for me. I am not allergic to yellow dye and never at any point indicated that I was. I told them this. They admitted they made a mistake and went back to the original pill that they were going to prescribe me. I had only been charged a $15 consultation fee at this point. After another week went by without them charging me for new pills, I contacted them again and spent another hour on hold before giving up and leaving a voicemail inquiring about the status of my order. They got back to me the next day, again being totally unaware of everything that had happened before. I had to explain my situation again and ask AGAIN the status of my order. They said they were assigning a doctor to review my info and would proceed from there. Uhhhh that should have been done a month ago!! So yesterday I updated my profile, payment and insurance info (they did not ask me to do that, I just thought it might help the process along). I also leave another voicemail once again inquiring if they had all of my info and what the status of my new prescription was. They got back to me this morning via text and I have been talking with a nurse about pills that I have used in the past, what worked, what had side effects, etc. They have still not prescribed anything or charged me for new pills. Again, all of this should have been taken care of A MONTH AGO!! At this point I’m simply tired of the runaround and just want to see if they actually give me new pills or not. I’m tired of waiting, tired of their stupid hold music, tired of being forced to press 1 to remain in the queue, tired of leaving voicemails, tired of being ignored until the next day, tired of asking over and over if they’re just going to sodding ever send my new pills or not! I am giving them 2 more weeks before I pull the plug and go back to my previous supplier even though they cost 3 times as much. Beware of the shiny reviews for The Pill Club! You will be waiting a loooonnnngggg time for your pills to show up....if they ever do!
