Problem with an employee
I am a client of the company and one of your employees started to yell and told me that he did not care if I am a client and that he did not care about the price that came up in my application and he no longer wanted to give me the glass, he is always very arrogant and racist

Dave is a total ***!!!
Hopefully, someone in headquarters is reading this information as Dave is a constant hard-task master, who needs to be reprimanded for his actions. He plays on the intelligence of others making his employees and customers feel beneath him as though he is most superior due to his bachelor degree.
Dave having that business degree from a state institution does not give him ways to relate with employees and customers. As for you Dave, take your manager position and degree and go straight to *** cause those things are materials which will perish.
As a customer, I am pissed with a manager people refer to as Dave that works for Pilkington Glass. This guy is one self-absorbed, arrogant educated racist man.
He is not completely Caucasian but has a little Asian or Chinese a mixed nut. Due to his own personal problems with his interracial ethnicity it is difficult to handle customers with respect, pride and dignity not only customers but employees.
This guy basically belittles people due to their race, but what comes around goes around. I decided to let another glass company handle my business as this guy really is not reasonable he is stuck in his own time warp.

Dave thinks he can hurt, mistreat and abuse the employees and thats why most of them left the company because of HIM being a ***!!!!
