As a customer, I am pissed with a manager people refer to as Dave that works for Pilkington Glass. This guy is one self-absorbed, arrogant educated racist man.
He is not completely Caucasian but has a little Asian or Chinese a mixed nut. Due to his own personal problems with his interracial ethnicity it is difficult to handle customers with respect, pride and dignity not only customers but employees.
This guy basically belittles people due to their race, but what comes around goes around. I decided to let another glass company handle my business as this guy really is not reasonable he is stuck in his own time warp.
