Bought a couch and returned it

I was really dumbfounded that when we went to the Pilgrim Furniture in Southington that we paid 170 dollars to have it delivered and if we wanted our couch taken out, we had to pay 50 dollars. The salesman was nice, but after we got the couch, we noticed it was the wrong color couch. The couch was so uncomfortable and hurt our backs. We also had to pay a restocking fee. WE now are out 450 dollars. Richard & Gail
