- - The sound was very low after changing the batteries.
- - I was promised a replacement in 4-6 weeks (Jan 23, 2012).
I received a Baby Einstein Rhyme and Play Sound book by the Walt Disney Company. When I needed to replace the batteries the sound was extremely low--could hardly hear it.
I called and was tol I would receive a new book in 4-6 weeks. That was January 23, 2012. I called again and was promised a book. The third time I called I asked them to call me.
I received a letter from Dustin Decker a customer service manager. I was told to take the book back to where I purchased it. I couldn't do that because it was a gift.
