Prompt reply when I had an issue
We paid for a Piktochart subscription via Paddle but recently when I logged in, it looked as if all my work had disappeared from the platform. I contacted Paddle initially but they did not respond so I contacted Piktochart though this platform. I heard back in under 24 hours and issue is now resolved.

I just called about canceling my subscription and getting a refund, and as soon as someone answered the phone, they hung up right away. I would've given a higher rating, but they ruined it!

my refund has not processed it said it could I could be refunded in the past 30days of my purchase and within 3 to 5days it will be processed but nothing has been refunded to my bank account and the costumer contact number does not even work at this point I don't know why picktochart has a costumer contact number. I really need my refund.

It stated your annual charge was 14 dollars, and yet when I proceeded, It changed to hundreds of dollars to my mothers visa! I would appreciate a refund.
I am going to get yelled at lol
so they had an automated system for refunds which worked really well! A woman also reached out to me kindly. it advertised $14 but she said that was monthly?
ig just really read the fine print lol. i was anxious bc i had a poster due so i wasnt paying enough attention.
