Screwed by the Crooks

My wife and I are a little beyond in years so we are not as sharp as we used to be. We saw the news the other day and felt a little relief since now we know we are not the only one's screwed by this dealer.

Apparently its their practice to change the Internet prices if they think they have a customer who doesn't look at the Internet prices on a daily basis. Then we get to the finance manager(Val something)and we get a warranty "thrown" in at the payment only to find out that the term went up 12 months without telling us. When we went back in we were told we cannot cancel the stuff "thrown" in. I found out after contacting the Attorney General, that too was a lie.

If you want to buy from crooks, this is your store. There all liars.

Bill Pierre Ford was not able to honor their agreement they made when

I brought in my Mustang for a trade-down into a Focus, because their

finance department did not get the approval in advance. I drove home

my Focus but had to bring it back a week later, and they had to

unprep my Mustang for resale, because it turns out it is easier to

finance a $30,000 car than a $12,000 one. I thought it fair and

impartial for everyone to know how they do business, and spot

deliveries don't work unless your credit report reads like a love

letter. If you strip out all the negative emotions I have about this

place, it does not make financial sense to buy a car here, nor does

it in the slightest way make the car buying experience even remotely

enjoyable. There is definitely a trend with the Ford company as a

whole and undesirable customer treatment when the trade-in is worth

more than the car being bought. And because of than negative

experience, I just can't let it go.

Pierre Ford Waist of Time (Washington State)

Called Pierre Ford off of a newspaper advertising. Asked about the qualifications for all the discounts.

was told I quallified for them all except"military". Asked if they still had a specific model with specific features and if it was the same price advertized. Was told yes. Asked how many they had was told 11.

Drove to the store and was told "the car you called on sold" they then tried to switch me into a less expsensive model for the same money as I would have paid for the more exspensive model. I asked how many of the original cars they had sold today. They said just the 1 you called on.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OTHER 10 YOU HAD WHEN I CALLED.

Long story made short. Don't waste your time here these guys are a bunch of liars and cheats!
